Sounds like all these OCZ deals are some sort of Fire Sale.
Good luck with your warranty a year down the line.
Those old problems referred to were with the Sandforce controllers which have been ditched and replaced with the new Indilinx (that's how I read it anyway!)
Only time will tell if there are improvements I suppose , but you have got a 3 year warranty!
