Odin Sphere Leifthrasir PS Vita (PS Plus discount) £11.49 @ PS Store

£11.49 @ Playstation PSN
HD remaster of the Ps2 classic by the same people who made muramasa rebirth. Heard nothing but good things about this title and it's the cheapest I've seen it by far. £14.99 without plus

I've recently played this again on my aging US ps2... Ahhh, the days of import gaming :) One of the most beautiful 2D games ever created with a fantastic story, an awesome soundtrack and wonderfully satisfying gameplay. So far, all I've read about this remake has been positive, so will be snapping it up asap!

I never got round to playing it on the PS2 - a backlog that still haunts me to this day! But I'll definitely get round to it this time.... hopefully :-P

Easily the highlight of the sale, brilliant price. Still £30 or so at retail

I kinda wanted the physical copy too, for collection purposes. But to be honest I prefer the convenience of not having to carry cartridges around anymore :)

I have a feeling this will be on ps+. rebirth, dragons crown and then odin? I've bought the other two games and enjoyed them but soon after they appeared on ps+.

:D Ha ha! You're as bad as me... I still have my PS1 collection to get through first! Though, as most of the RPGs clock 70+ hours, where I'll find the time I don't know, hence why I've decided to not buy into the current generation of consoles, there's just too much to play... As for Steam... oO

That's wise. I always think I shouldn't buy the latest consoles for the same reason, but then something like the new street fighter or final fantasy comes out :p
The struggle is real with steam! I try not to think about it.... it's the best way X)

I really had my heart set on Muramassa Rebirth, but Blastoise drew my attention to this game and I ended up getting them both. Muramassa is good, but Odin Sphere is on another level. A beautiful game.
