My order confirmation email was okay - unfortunately I could read how much I'd spent (yet again)!!

great-thanks-heat & rep - ordered a pair in black !

Last time I ordered from this lot when they had a sale deal, it took two months for them to admit they had no stock left. They still took my money at the time of ordering. Won't be buying these, just a heads up.

£7.50 delivery to N Ireland will be giving that a miss

Sorry guys but I ordered a pair of these 18 months ago and they barely lasted a month. Literally fell apart, all the glue went flaky (glued not stitched soles), soles poor quality and worn away. customer services were terrible - wanted me to send the shoes back at my own expense so they could 'check they'd been worn properly' (well I wore them on my feet about three times a week and they fell to bits!). Also they are not waterproof at all.

I know Uggs are expensive but the pair my hubby bought me after the Office shoes fell apart have lasted 18months and still going strong, as new, waterproof in the snow and snuggly warm. Ironically he got them in Office though :)

(I haven't voted cold BTW but I can't recommend these shoes at all)

not really, all the cheap ugg replicas fall apart really quickly and if you walk behind someone with cheapies on they usually walk on the material not the sole...managing an elephantitis style walk..lovely.
Also..just a thought...weren't these the kind of boots that Tina off Shameless managed to look so lovely in on CBB last year? :whistling:

Just incase anyone wants to order from Northern ireland they charge 7.50 bit steep but still worth the 17.50 in my opinion

!!!

Decided to risk getting some for my daughter. Was looking at Uggs on ebay but decided to get these cheapies first to see how much she will actually wear them!
#30
Ordered great price thanks. If they aren't much good as some people say, they'll still make a cheap pair of slippers!
#31
Just registered because goods ordered on 29th December from Office.co.uk have not been received. Have sent 2 emails without reply and have been trying to contact them by phone for 2 days without success

Don't ever buy Uggs from ebay - no matter how genuine they seem. I got stung a few months ago by just a normal ebayer who stated they were genuine and brought back from Australia but were too small for her. Paid £80 for them only to find they weren't even sheepskin inside and not even the right label inside stating what style - had Sundance but they were supposed to be Classic Tall. Plus too small - and they're supposed to be generous. Fought for a few months to get my cash back eventually Paypal intervened and I got it back. Noth worth hassle - if you want Uggs go to an authorised Ugg dealer - if you want cheap buy cheap and you know what you're getting. Here endeth the lesson!

Don't forget TopCashBack too... they don't charge the £5 a year off your earnings, and can sometimes work out at a better cashback rate.

I got these delivered today (ordered a week ago ish) and they fall off your feet when you walk... much like the normal ugg cardy boots do, since it's only wool holding your foot in place and that is prone to stretching.

Still waiting for mine to arrive bit disappointed now, no wonder they are so cheap probably had loads returned to them :x

Got mine today as well and not impressed - if they were £40 to begin with then they're having a laugh. Don't think they're even worth £10 to be honest. Very soft and fall off. If they didn't have the Office label on the inside of the sold you would assume they were from a cheapo shoe shop. Will be sending them back shortly. Save your cash folks!

I ordered these boots, and a pair of shoes for £5. They've sent only the boots with no contact to explain where my other item is. I also was on hold on the phone for 20 MINUTES!! In the end i was worried about what the call was costing me so hung up, terrible, terrible service. Won't be using again.:x
