The EAN number listed actually refers to an ORB PS3 controller according to Google!

I saw this earlier. It's an amazing price but something doesn't add up for me. The majority of items he sells are none genuine i.e earphones and such.

But the EAN of this product (5060222322347) matches up to a ORB Wireless Bluetooth Controller for PS3.

He does have a nice selection of grinders though :D

Either way you will be protected via ebay if it isn't as described. That eon number could be a typo.
#5
Just ordered the white thanks xx

He doesn't have any negative feedback so should be ok. How would you tell if it wasn't a genuine ps4 controller?

He's received feedback for a PS4 controller already. You should be able to tell if its fake, they're usually blind obvious because they look terrible!

Yeah the comments seem positive so I think it's a good deal and as you said your protected by ebay if there is any problems.

price gone up?
#12
How do you put the Code?
#13

Haha that is bad! But you'll be protected anyway should anything not be right, he's sold over 100 of the white ones, I doubt someone would be stupid enough to risk selling fakes of that quantity... or maybe ha

Well you'll be covered by ebay anyway, you'd be daft not to in my opinion.

Really tempted but looking through sellers other stuff, the picture of the black controller and the price is setting alarm bells off. Fully protected by Ebay so probably worth the risk

won't you loose on the return postage though?

if something seems too good to be true it probably is, wouldnt the trade cost be more than this so taking VAT into account how can these be genuine?

No, seller has to pay return postage under distance selling regulations. Ebay will not get involved in the return, as far as they are concerned (if it is not genuine), it has been sold not as described and you would be due a refund. It is down to the seller and buyer to agree on the return.

Be careful, nowhere in the ebay listing does it say "official" or "genuine", although here on this page it does.
It may be a messy refund argument through ebay/paypal if you don't like what you've bought. I considered it but will give this one a miss.

"buy cheap, buy twice" is what I tend to go by with tech.

If its just a spare controller for your kid though, it may be a decent deal. Really depends how fussy you are.
#35
The code worked for me and was deducted but then the email I received was full price...emailed PayPal to try and sort it :/

lol that happens when a code is found by HUKD members lol

Definitely a Chinese copy IMO (judging from the black one he's selling, and the lack of any mention of "official") not worth the trouble and expense in posting back. Most people buying these would never know they are fake.

It does say "Sony" though.. and its only been sold at about £5 less than the trending cost so not ridiculously cheap (until you add the voucher code)

Item description also carries the following heading;

"Brand new sealed pack original Sony PlayStation DualShock 4 Controller"

Totally covered if it turns out to be fake, PayPal will most often refund before you send it back in the case of countefeit goods, they may even ask you to destroy the item.

Hah, the above is obviously just a PS3 controller that has been photoshopped - probably from before the PS4 came out and people were guessing how the controller would look.
