My own fault, had coped with 20GB for 2 years, then saw the 250GB wasn't available on its own and thought I may as well get the 120GB when Argos dropped the price.... should have waited just a bit longer.

For me microsoft have had enough money out of me with all these extras that they should have originally had in place with the original release of the xbox, they can swivel.

"they can swivel."

I really don't think they will care. Your loss isn't it?

to be fair its a laptop hd not desktop

i think they could stretch to 500 gig for this price
but wouldnt make any cash due to transfer cable and shell

Oh and its £69.73 at the hut + £4 voucher = 65.73 + quidco

so around £64 delivered

Dear Shonk, can't find it on TheHut at all - please can you post the link? NB max Quidco etc seems to be 2%

tempted but 120gb is enough for me on the 360, i use my ps3 for storing films, music etc.

£40 to put a 320gb hdd in a ps3 and microsoft want £70 for a 250? total rip off

A cable and shell would cost them about £1.50 or £2 at the most as they make them in bulk.

good deal, but why bother? in a couple days (April 6th) they're bringing in support for USB sticks.

details:
http://majornelson.com/archive/2010/03/26/USB-Memory-Support-for-the-Xbox-360-coming-April-6th.aspx

Admit that the usb option is only available up to 16gig per stick (total of 32gig with 2 in together), but how much data you wanting to store? tbh, sticking with my 20gb hard disk for profile, game saves and dlc with usb for demos and game installs (will be quicker than running off dvd).

just giving another option if anyone's tempted by this and already has a load of usb sticks kicking about.

Use code BANK4 for £4 off + quidco

Quidco most probs won't track when using code with thehut, if it works then good.
