Looks a good deal to me and in stock @ Amazon. This is the wheel only but seems a good reduction from RRP.

Product Description
For use with Nintendo Wii games console. Simply slip your Wii Remote into the Steering wheel and away you go. It has Ergonomic hand grips, a sensor slot, an additional B button and easy release

Cold - sorry, an official wheel can be got from PowerPlayDirect for £5.99, however, lots of unofficial wheels can be found much cheaper, Amazon have one for less than £3.

eh WTF - at least let us know guys why you vote cold? Is it cheaper elsewhere as if so I will expire it.....

I seriously give up - think I will just spend all day voting every deal cold regardless.

bought two of these at the mentioned price and they are very good official products.
I did see them at £6.99 each in HMV during the Christmas sales but the queues were miles long to pay so came back home and ordered these instead, they arrived 3 days later.:)

At least thanks for replying - I got an unofficial wheel for my son - he dropped it and it split apart.....hence why I went for this.

Noted above re Powerplay!

This was posted a while ago and the main reason it was voted cold then was amazon's silly RRP. These can be bought from Argos at £6.99 which is supposed to be the RRP now and aren't sold for more than £9.99 anywhere.
We got this as it's the same as the one that comes with mariokart so then there's no fighting over the 'proper' wheel. With the vat reduction I think these worked out about the same price in Tesco.

i can't find these lot on quidco, anybody point me in the right direction?

cheers

Same wii wheel is £6.79 (same) in Argos so no delivery cost if collecting plus if reserving through Quidco, there's a probable £1 back.

Again noted - I saw that it was same price in Argos but I have to either get in my car to get this or pay a delivery charge. Either way it will be more expensive.

WTF "I seriously give up - think I will just spend all day voting every deal cold regardless.[/QUOTE]" The grounds for the Colds are valid on this occasion maybe an appropriate, please advise why voting cold is this is cheaper than the RRP rather than a WTF would be more appropricate.

You know what guys....you win I'll expire this. For those that thought this was a "deal" taking all things into account good luck to you.

For all others Happy New Year.

Any deals Wii related seem to get shot down in flames on here. Just before christmas I posted a guaranteed stock deal of the Wii Fit at £88 at Scan. OK, that was worth voting cold in a way as it was paying an inflated price, but the point was that for people that were desparate for one that was the best in stock price at the time.

Then a few days later in stock deals for Wii Fits at £68 were still being voted cold. :?::thinking:

me too i ordered a wheel form wilkinsons for a fiver, and was quite dissapointed when I had it that it was a cheap one, so i gave this to my one year old to play with and bought an official one instead. He loves it though and thinks he's joining in with his brothers.

Voted hot from me - official wheel is WAY better than the third party 'lighter' ones. Might be 80p cheaper at PP but if you have any Amazon vouchers left over etc, this is still a very good price,
