Unfortunately I have 4 contracts so I can't get this one.

Remember to select the 6 months contract length box.

Ah so its £30 each! What happens if you dont know a three customer? And do they have to be contract?
#5
I thought you could only use quidco or raf not both together
#6
RAF and quidco are only on 18 month contracts I think.

You can.. Check this post ->http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/176111/nokia-6288-white-6-month-contract-9/showpost.php?p=1971599&postcount=21

RAF is not working on 6 months contract, not sure why?.
#8
I just tried RAF too, not working for me either, anyone have any ideas?
#9
why is this not a good deal ?.... for someone looking for a cheap half decent phone ... am i correct in thinking contract cost is £90 and u get £32 quidco back + a £20 voucher to spend on a memory card or something ... plus the texts/free minutes u get with the contract ... sounds good to me ... why is it only at 2% ...cheers:thumbsup:

am i correct in thinking that you also get a free skype phone?

Not also but its one of the alternative options.
#12
shame about the refer a friend not working
#13
RAF is 18months only.
#14
hey if you have a spare 3G phone you can sell the phone and it will cost you virtually nothing for 6months
#15
and you can use any network sim in this phone (effectively temporarily unlock it) while u use this device:

this phone can work skype, you dont need a separate skype phone.
hot deal

If anyone wants to use Refer A Friend (and you don't know anyone on 3) I'm on 3 Network and happy to refer friends. I've used this in the past and it's always worked for me and my friends.
#17
Once you have a 3 contract dont forget you can get a free dongle and mobile broadband half price £5 a month for lowest usuage on contract. For someone who doesnt want a phone line this is a good bonus deal

Skype is free for skpe to skpe calls on 3 contracts.

Nokia 6120 supports skype

Which is the best phone on the 6 month contracts for selling on Ebay for the highest price? I already have a phone that i will use.
#20
Seems three have been crafty and now withdrawn the £5 broadband offer I previously mentioned but a free dongle is still available on some of the mobile broadband. I was going to sign up just to get this but they have lost my trade now
#21
Has anyone got the QUIDCO reward through this 6 months contract? Usually, the reward only offer to the 12/18 months contract but not the 6 months one.
#22
Damn real shame about RAF! I got two of these (different phones - 6120 was not on offer then) and I got quidco and RAF for both!

But even with £32.50 and £20 voucher (£20 voucher = free 2GB memory card), £60 for a HSDPA mobile phone and minutes aswell!!!!
#23
Voted hot i have a 3 modem and i used to have 3 contract but left due to there dodgy customer service yet the network itself was very good for me anyway its nice to see a smaller contract rather than bigger 18month plus type there is alot of now and the actual tarriff usage isnt too bad

I don't think they've been crafty - it was always advertised as ending on 31st May IIRC.
#25
so just to confirm, the current state of this deal is £90 for 6 months, minus £32.50 quidco but no RAF bonus? has anyone's quidco tracked?

(and an accessory voucher of course... is this spent online or is it a paper voucher?)

seems to be a good deal, just want to get maximum benefit out of it if i do go for it! had my eye on this handset for a while and need a new deal now CPW don't have any good cashback offers...

I recon to use free screenshot maker http://greenshot.sourceforge.net/ ;-)

not a bad deal - i might sign up!
#28
The 6120 is a very nice phone, runs a fairly similar version of the operating system on the N95, you can download the maps software for it for free as well, also quick office and PDF reader lite are included for office documents.

Camera is ok, pretty rubbish at night and the flash is a bit pointless, effectivly an LED that comes on a for a second or 2 but outdoors during the day its above average for a 2mp phone.

The phone is great for signal, I often have more signal than my friends who are also on three who have sony erricson phones and i have never had any problems with signal from 3

if anyone wants a RAF send me a message

anyone? i notice people are still offering RAFs even though people on the first page say it doesn't work? what have people found so far?

Until 30th June, it was an 18 month contract with an option of leaving after 6 months. At those times, Quidco and RAF both worked.
Since 1st July, the contract has been made straight as 6 months. So no one can be sure of Quidco or RAF for a while.
#31
Hot deal.
I've got this phone and it works a treat.
Unfortunately looks like you can't get RAF on 6 months.

Here's the deal...

ouch, silly me for not checking up on that sooner, that deal would have been perfect for me. oh well, live and learn.

has anyone's quidco tracked yet? i know that means nothing as it can easily be declined, but still..

are these phones locked to 3 then?

are these phones locked to 3 then?

Yes but all can be unlocked (with the possible exception of the skpe phone) either with software and a cable, an unlocking box or clip or the i-sim as mentioned in post 16 or here >http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/200513/best-mobile-unlocking-solution-2008/

The i-sim is a temporary one though and will only work while the i-sim is fitted but is the cheapest solution.

If you get it permenantly you can also debrand the software by using the product code of a Vanilla handset (unbranded and unlocked) and flshing it easily to the phone before upgrading the software using the nokia update software available on the Nokia website. Google will help on that score.

Markets and phone shops usually charge between £8 and £15 for unlocking, or if you wait til the contract is up then three should supply the code for free.

Hope this helps.

At quidco it says offer is only available to existing customers. What does this mean?

That would be nice - last I heard, Three charge £20.

codes from 3 are £15, under contract or not!

unbranding the handset means you won't be able to run skype, msn and other apps supported/downloaded from the 3 store!

You can't brand it back as the 3 firmware releases are behind the new Nokia generic firmware.

I got one of these contracts last month and somebody said that you have to cancel the contact 30 days before the 6th month or it will go onto an 18 month contact.
