Cheapest price I could find on the web by a few quid. Over 100 in stock and all UK stock, sent first class for free. A great deal, especially when you consider 4GB cards are going for around £15.

Ideal for those buying a Vita over the Christmas period as 8GB provides plenty of room for downloadable games, save data, and videos etc.

No worries I just think cheapest UK stock is a bold statement in a title.

I had an 8GB memory card for my PSTV and regretted it because it barely had any space to store games in, so, as the bare minimum it's always better to go with 16GB. 16GB on my second PSTV and 64GB on my first PSTV.

I wouldn't even pay this much for a 16GB card. You'd think they'd start to drop the prices by now what with the poor sales for the Vita.

They should but they won't and that's simply because there's no alternative. Sony didn't make the Vita/PSTVs compatible with SD cards or else the official Vita memory cards wouldn't cost as much as they do.

Do they still release games on the vita. Thought it was a gonner

This is part of the reason the vita is a failure.
Sony and their proprietary formats.

Wow, these have really kept their price. Is there no work around for the Vita like there was for the psp? I had a memory stick adapter for my psp which would take 2 micro sd cards. Worked a treat and saved a fortune

Vita is not a failure, if it was no more game would've been scheduled for release for it. There are currently 1353 titles available for vita whilst PS4 has only 1271 titles released. The issue is due to unpopularity good games are expensive and not easy to find and hence people think vita is a dead console.

I purchased a Vita back in the summer on the basis of using it for remote play. I've hardly used if for remote play and I've bought shed loads of games for it since (both physical and download). I absolutely love it. I'm playing Persona 4 Golden at the moment and have just ordered YS: Memories of Celceta. I think your opinion of how successful Vita is depends on the games you like to play. For me it's a perfect fit. My first card was an 8GB from CEX for £18. When I realised how much stuff I would be downloading I took it back and got a 32GB. I wish I'd gone for a 64GB now. Whilst I don't really need to have all my purchased games downloaded at once, for some reason it gives me an enormous sense of well-being.

I've often fantasised about having a 64GB card stuffed with all my digital games. It's fun applying different wallpapers, too. Like, I had a homescreen for all my Resident Evil games with Leon and Ada in the background; a screen for Metal Gear Solid; a screen for Street Fighter X Tekken...

It's just a brilliant machine, and so underrated. Remote Play is under-utilised, too. Games like Destiny are absolutely playable on the small screen (if slightly uncomfortable after a while).
