printer sounds good but inks a bit much. thats the problem these day printers are at a reasonable price but the consumerables are stuppid.

never noticed the price for ink you are quite right but like all inks you could refill yourself or some one will make a cheaper copy

However ink cartridges are pretty much always a rip off....I think the cost of the cartridges are pretty standard. The make would worry me, availibility of ink for it on the high street.

Also the wifi printing feature doesn't work in Vista.. still I vote hot.

Even cheaper this item

I think it's great value. Don't all cartridges cost about this much ?

It says in the description
Comes with high-capacity(18ml) ink cartridges!

Does that mean a colour and a black cartridge ?
If so it's cheaper to buy several printers because each single cartridge costs as much as the printer.

Disposable printers, what has the world come to !

According to the reviews the new drivers from the site allow it to work with Vista, there are 64 bit drivers on there too. A quick call says black and colour cartridges.

I have this and it DOES support Vista.

There's also the Photo version for another £5 - bargain central!

Anyone got this working over wireless with Vista?

i have set this up wirelessly with vista and it is a really good piece of kit for the money. i downloaded the the drivers from their website. the first installation will need to be connected by usb, but after that every other pc can add the printer wirelessly (using the drivers first). i would seriously recommend this as a simple, all in one wifi printer. for the extra £5 or so I would recommend getting the next model up as it has an lcd display and supports bluetooth. however BT can't be used simultaneously with wi-fi, but still, it's alot of kit for the money. with regards to cartridges, do the decent thing and recycle.
