Olympic Lego mini figures 49p instore at tesco

deemagutterdeemagutter

Picked these up in Lego clay cross extra yesterdy.
(did a search for the deal before posting and couldn't see so please delete if duplicate).
Thought they were a bargain for 49p as my son paid £1.99 in the Lego shop for one a couple of weeks ago.
There was a huge dismay of them on the end of the toy aisle.
Would assume its national with the volume they had reduced.

They're not worth 49p. Let alone their full RRP.

if like me you already have a few finish collection with bump codes found here http://riviera.org.uk/2012/07/11/olympic-minifig-dot-codes/

They are worth 49p imo, the kids absolutely love them to bits and have made many sporting scenarios out of their other lego to go with them .... hours of fun !! It depends on how you look at it I suppose, yes it is a bit of plastic but swimming at the local pool is around £5 per kid, and lasts 2 hours (plus petrol and the fact that you have go there too), 2 lego mannies (as they call them) £1 and last for hours and hours.

Anyone else seen these for 49p ?
Cant decide whether its worth a 40min trip in the rain just for the 99% chance of the usual Tesco disappointment

I was thinking hat but my partner popped in while passing the Tesco Doncaster Extra and managed to get a couple for 49p each They were still priced up as £1.97 bust scanned at £49p (I don't now if there are any left?).

Some Tesco's might be nice and save you some if you call and ask, especially if you wold be making special journey to go and get them.

If it helps just one other find it then I think it's good.

I usually shop at chesterfield extra but car was in garage opposite tesco clay cross hence the visit.

I got 7 and only got one duplicate so well impressed.
Has kept the kids suitably quiet while I crack on with cooking tea anyway!

I lived in North East Derbyshire/Chesterfield interchangeably for my first 18 years, it ain't all that bad, just a gentle dig at the typo in the OP :)
