  these are the most productive plates anyone could ever use . You see hundreds of guys adding 10/20kilos each side and you can only do that for a few weeks before you hit a plateau . Just add these 1kg each side each session and you will progressively lift which is what the whole point is and get noticably stronger thus build the muscle .your form will be impeccable too as you are making only gradual improvements each week and your tendons and joints will thank you for it in later life

  Maybe adding 1kg plates when you are lifting significantly heavy enough is enough (and to be fair I do this with 1.25kg plates) but curling 2 of these will produce very little stress to cause adaptive hypertrophy. One needs to create micro trauma in the targeted muscle to cause growth. This will not be surfice.

  amazon have 2*10kg standard york plates for 26.99 atm which is decent for those needing more. (york hammertone olympic decent price in 15kg+ too)
