One Body Cross Trainer was £100 now £50.00 @ Tesco - Click & Collect
Reviews are ok, seems not bad for the money. Going to buy one anyway as it seems to be fairly cheap compared to others and it has magnetic tension which is usually a bit better than the cords
The One Body cross trainer from Tesco is great for toning your upper and lower body, with adjustable tension for varied resistance, ideal for improving your cardiovascular fitness too. With an in-built monitor you can easily track your progress as you exercise, the handy monitor displays your speed, calories burnt and the length of your workout, helping you to stay focused and determined every time you exercise. Still, for the price its good for light exercise. A lot of the moans may be from people who have experienced expensive gym equipment which is obviously better quality
in 100% agreement, same goes for exercise bikes, there isn't even a 'just to see if I will get into it arguement' because they are not fluid/smooth so its a horrible experience.
but you cant expect people to read before they comment:(
no chance of that then. a cross trainer works, glutes, thighs n calfs. you may lose a bit of weight eventually but if you have a very saggy pair you may want to invest in something that works the chest to tone :-)
Its bloody useless. took ages to set up, tried to use it and the tension is worth nothing......
Don't bother buying unless your a mouse its no use!

"No Chance" is a bit mis-leading......if you used a machine like this on a regular basis and along with calorie reduced diet it will shift weight all over you body...
