It's not £5 you will be paying. Ryanair are greatly known for their taxes so you will be probably paying about 10 times this price at least

Most people are educated about Ryanair and the way they work and charges by now, so make your criticism constructive at the very least

everybody has to pay the handling fee as they call it because nobody has the card that they dont charge you to use - I wouldnt mind if it was 1 fee per transaction but to charge each ticket each way is taking the pee also add on charges for cases, airport taxes etc etc

next they will charge you to use the toilet - oh wait a minute they are in the future arent they

Two problems with your case

1. for the details you have described, the return leg is £25 = £30 return
2. most people might want to spend more than a few hours at their destination right?

Try getting a Visa Electron card from the Post Office, the cards fees are then next to mothing.

Is something wrong with your eyes?, in that post the £5 is INCLUDING TAXES!

I was just stating a fact which you seem to not understand. for the first example you gave was incorrect. the Milan fare you gave after is correct. but for every example i have searched except your Milan fare, the price has been around £60 for a return flight.
don't forget that you will be charged more than that anyway because there are additional hidden fees such as Airport check in fees = £20 without any bags , £40 with 1 bag , if you have just one bag and use the online check in then it's £30 , and these are the low fees, if your a family with quite a few bags then it's not going to be cheap
so it's only fine if you have no bags and use online check in. anything other than that you will be paying twice as much for the flight almost.

all examples based on a return journey such as yours

£0 HANDLING FEE, MAKING TOTAL £10 EXACTLY WITH NO BAGGAGE CHECK IN

Your attempt at undermining the deal are futile. It's a great bargain.
#17
bargainsgalore, you are wasting your time with these fools, some people can never be educated no matter how much you try.

No doubt some tool will expire this in the next 10 mins like normal with ryanair threads

Read the post thoroughly, there are additional fees, on top of the added taxes with every other flight i have searched for. i'm not trying to undermine your deal, if i thought the deal was good then i would add heat and probably rep too, unlike you who posts "coldd" and cold votes every cheap DVD and CD deal for the reason that you don't want to see those deals.

Maybe not for you darknight but I think alot of people out there could benefit from a £10 flight to Europe for £10 and not a penny extra

Oh really darkknight so the reason for your attitude to this deal, is concerning a previous post. Well you've just made your motives clear to all

like i have said, there are huge expenses with the additional fees, you will probably find that out yourself when you get to the airport. and like i have said as well, every search i have done in this "deal" have shown up return prices in the average region of around £60

Who said i am talking about a previous deal? i'm only explaining that this Ryanair sale is pretty poor, even if someone else posted this deal then i would say the same thing that the deal is pretty poor.
don't even start talking about "motives" as you will embarrass yourself greatly. oh..wait, you already have

Never had a problem with Ryanair Ive used them ~ 50 times, mainly Liverpool / Manchester to Gerona.

Last 3 flights... November 2008 £12.00 return. Jan 2009 £2.00 return. Booked May 2009 £6.00 return.

Are you for real too? if you want i can printscreen the additional costs relating to airport checkin fees and baggage fees. if you are just taking for example an Ipod and nothing else, then yes it would be a good deal, but who would be doing that?

From the link that i suspect you haven't looked at yet

1st Bag – Per bag/ Per One Way Flight - £10 (booked on Ryanair.com), £20 booked by call or the airport

so that's the price for just one way , you would have to pay double this shown price if you wish to return. this is just for one bag

By the way, was it really necessary to make a new thread to cry about "abuse"?, how old are you?. im not abusing anyone here, i'm just stating facts so that people can see that they will get charged more than advertised.
#36
lol i love these threads, keep in going guys.....
I know where this leading as well.
#37
oh what a clown, if you want a cheap flight, and can play their system then use ryanair, if ur a loser, too idiotic to find them or want to take bags, need to check in at the desk etc then maybe they arnt for you atall...? they could well still be cheaper..... who knows
iv had plenty of ryanair deals and aslong as your not useless im sure everyone else can too!!

ryanair isnt for everyone... just as BA business class isnt.... get over it... garr!!!
#38
I fly regularly from Dublin to Liverpool for under €10 - usually for weekend trips home. The 10kg hand baggage allowance is more than enough for me and online check-in is free. I really don't see what the problem is.

These threads are invaluable for me in spotting the deals. Thanks to the OP, I've just booked a flight home in June for €12. Unfortunately on this occasion, I needed additional luggage adding an extra €30. But I'm certaintly not going to complain for a €42 for a 400 mile round trip.

Oh, I use electron as well.

Fair play to you Darknight for remaining pretty calm with all the abuse. As far as I can see, this deal is quoting many dates and destinations yet only one appears to be £10 all in.

I too booked a return flight for 99p each way. I went for online checkin to reduce cost and also took a single poxy 10kg bag for a week to save on baggage charge yet still got hit with £50 taxes and £10 card fees.

Yes you can go out and open an account just so you can get an elctron card to avoid this, but when booking the flight ryanair do not even show you the complete bill INCLUDING the card fees. It's only after you've paid that it miraculously shows up.:x

If this had been a deal for guarenteed flights for £10 including taxes then i'd have voted hot, but to post loads of dates then say that it's not actually that price except one flight that was found means i have to vote cold. Ryanair is still cheap for what they are so i'm not saying generally they aren't a bad deal, just that this actual post is not anything special over their normal deals.

No doubt abuse is heading my way also now for giving my opinion:?
