The £5 one is probably ******.

I have the one touch, use a few times a week, have not yet changed the batteries in around 5 months.

Think I paid £20 for it, so this is a bargain.

I would have another if it failled for any reason.

The one touch is very clever, the way it works and automatically finishes, works with any size can.

Make sure they are culinaire, otherwise it will be a cheap, useless thing thing that will break straight away, trust me i got one of these type for £10 off of E B A Y, the batteries wouldnt fit properly and it wouldnt even open a can. Total waste of money. So beware!

Voted warm i originally was going to vote Hot but with reviews mentioning they just die instantly rather than slow down on a low battery which you then cant get to battery compartment to change battery over when it happens put me off buying one :|

There are 5 one star reviews on your selective link, but 9 five star reviews. Need a bit of balance to be fair.

Voted hot, I bought one of these from Lakeland, paid full price for it, it's excellent, had it for a year now, use it fair few times a week and still on first lot of batteries (won't open corned beef though!!).

Yes I agree, and probably people who rated it with one star probably bought a similar item not the culinare model! which i did say about in my original post.
