Not really, I've been tracking it for ages (I couldn't make up my mind whether to order). It was reduced to £8.90, then about £7, and this is the cheapest it's been, now today

Well I know I got mine for around that price over a year ago. Not knocking it though, it is a good deal

Have to agree !

I bought it at around £8.90 & thought I'd got a bargain as it's a great machine.
This now is a bargain & a half !:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Glad you like it, as I've ordered one :)

I was just about to order two when I read the reviews which have put me off a bit....is it really worth getting?
#7
A couple of bad reviews, but lots and lots of extremely positive reviews. On balance, it looks excellent :)

btw, a H U G E thank you to those of you who have added heat and REP :w00t:

OK - you've twisted my arm. I'll be coming after you if it's rubbish though - hehe!

got one already ordered 2 more as chrimbo gifts:gift:

cheers op cheapest ive ever seen these :-D

I've got one of these and it's really good, but watch out when the batteries slow down. If it stops mid way through opening a can, you have to tip it upside down and wind it round with a screwdriver. If you're opening something with liquid in, it can get messy.
#11
I personally think they're a pain to use - I went for a Kenwood electric opener for under a tenner at John Lewis. Much better.
#12
Thanks...ordered!
#13
Very tempted at that price
#14
I might just order one as I completely lost it with one I bought from Sainsburys on Sunday for £3 (manual one).
It was ****** hopeless. I ended up obliterating it with my right foot.
BOY! Did that feel good!

Thanks - worth a punt at that price. H&R+

Alwayz fancied one of these so I've gone for it & ordered one, hope they are as good as the telly ad where the lid wont even burst a balloon
If it last for 6 months I'll be quite happy :)
These manual ones are total garbage nowadays, I would'nt mind paying more for one that actually works for a wee while, but the manual ones are very poor these dayz :(

Thankz for the posting.

Got one of these before Christmas. Still going strong on the same batteries and it works perfectly
#18
Is this a safety opener or does it leave sharp edges ?
#19
Wow :w00t: A HUGE thank you to those who left heat & REP :w00t:

sorry for being a bit thick an all but how do you get it for £5.90 delivered?
it shows as £4.45 + £3.72 shipping = £8.17
is a voucher needed to get the £2.27 off?
#21
This is a good product and the best price I have ever seen it at.
#22
Looks like it's sold out from amazon now and defaulting to marketplace traders.

You were just a little too late :( It was that price until a little while ago.

They have run out of stock, and that is the next best price - from Marketplace. Still a good price I think.
