Has anyone used that website before? I'm concerned there might be customs charges?

Phone fantastic, 128GB version and updated last night. Would not order this valued item via Gearbest though.

Hot price but same as comment above, wouldn't order from abroad for warranty reasons. Also if you get hit by taxes it will be more expensive than buying here

Great price. I'm on the S7 Edge and still waiting for Nougat. so annoying. tempted to convert to Apple but this deal looks very tempting.

not buying from them again. 2 purchased, 2 no shows.

Chinese version, no band 20, check your network operator compatibility to see the restrictions.

I would rather by directly from their website to avoid all the consequences.

26 Gearbest orders here since 2015, only one fault and they gave me store credit instead of having to return.

This Android/Windows device is designed to function specifically with the current Android/Windows OS installed on it. Any alterations such as upgrades, modding with custom ROMs, rooting or flashing the Android device with other firmware will automatically void the device's warranty.

gearbest standard disclaimer but oneplus encourage modding your device without it affecting your warranty

Rooting, or using custom roms does NOT void the warranty.

Who, in their right mind would consider spending this amount of money on a phone from gearbest when you can buy it officially for £40 more??

Ordered direct from OnePlus on Tuesday, received it yesterday. Excellent service and amazing phone.

Great phone, but a big risk to buy from Gearbest especially as they sometimes use yodel as their delivery agent. Yodel lost a package then sent it back to Gearbest in error. Gearbest now refuse to refund me the postage I paid and I'm having to raise a PayPal dispute.

always use PayPal. so you can claim bacl

Like mentioned above: Chinese phones usually have NO band 20 support.
If you're on Vodafone and Three your 4G mobile reception will be crippled, with O2 no 4G at all

Happened to me as well.. Ordered smartphone from GB and they used Yodel who delivered it on another street. Never found the package and GB kept repeating 'we have delivered the goods so there is nothing we can do' for like 6 times..
Went to PayPal and got refunded after 5 weeks..

Give this a go before you do. I'm not going to say the screen/camera/battery is better than the S7E. What is better though, is the UI. Best Android experience I've ever had for sure.

If you haven't got a phone which supports Band 20 (note: the OnePlus mdoels sold in Europe do support band 20), your reception on all providers including Three will be worse in some areas (probably rural areas, the 800Mhz band which Chinese phones don't have is suitable for longer distance 4G). OL2 won't work at all:

Thanks Palp. I'm near London so I never have any issues.

I was going to go for 128gb but as i don't store videos or much music on my phone and don't use too many apps I went for the 64 and ordered from O2 so If anything goes wrong I can deal with a UK based seller.

Had this phone for a week or so now after 10 years of iPhones.

God knows why I stuck with them for so long because the OnePlus range is so far advanced its unreal!

Unfortunately I would not buy from Gearbest for the reasons stated above, go direct to O2

Cold sorry
