Choose any up-front tariff for £99.99 (e.g 500Mb plan).
Pay for the remainder of the phone (Device) plan in full once you receive it by calling them.
And also cancel the Airtime. Request for a confirmation email for this cancellation, so it's in writing (in case of future disputes).
If they ask why you'd like to cancel, say that the phone is good value for money, while you don't think the Airtime is.
These are unlocked, so no need to ask for an unlock code.
Total cost is worked out as follows:
£99.99 [Upfront] + £0 x24 [cancelled
Airtime] + £7 x24 [Device plan paid in full] = £267.99
At most, you may be asked to pay for the 1st month's Airtime (under their 30-day cancellation rule, but some will waive this. Or, you will be refunded later if debited, like it happened for me for a similar past deal after I requested for it as not used it at all).

Before going for this, it's worth reading about credit checks for these kinds of deals. For example, it may not be a good idea if you'll be applying for credit elsewhere for more important things in the next few weeks/months: Beware split tariff mobile contracts if you're about to apply for credit
