I've got the 308 and am loving it had it a couple months, would of got the 508 if it was this price when i brought mine.

True, they do run very hot. They need sufficient space around them otherwise they are prone to overheating.

you'll need it had 3 warranty claims of my 875. and yes you can defo fry egg on the funker and i have NOTHING covering its vent areas i.e. top or behind

Opppppsssssss i have mine (SR607) in a shelving unit type thing with another Big Philips amp on the shelf below the SR607 and on the shelf above it my VM HD+ box with my joggler ontop of that, then on the shelf on top of that my 360, Wii and sumvison MKV player. There is more.

receievd and very happy with it
plug is euro but i just stuck an adaptor on it
no idea about returning it but i guess you would have to contact amazon germany in the first instance. Hopefully not an issue.

i was all about buying one until I upgraded my bluray player to the Sony S760 which has HD decoder built in. I was well chuffed to find out. Have to find my Cambridge Audio "Pacific" cables to connect it up now (_;)
I put them in one of those boxes in the attic :( ..
