Plenty of stock around Dorset, what's this game like?
[mod]#2
would honestly pay a fiver for it prob worth around £10 playwise but thats my opinion :D

Console gamers hate it but on pc it's a solid title, the fact op flash was always too realistic to warrant a console port so why they did it I'll never know!

I bought it for £5 from Play a couple of months ago. I didn't think much of it to be honest.

Traded it in at Gamestation at the weekend for £6 though, so it's ok at this price if you want to try it.

I thought it was good but it's hard going at times cos it's not that forthcoming with instructions or hints so on the first level ya thrown in and don't know what order or objectives ya sposed to be doing next. It seems pretty good though I would say it's worth £5.

I Have this on xbox360 and found it to be a bit of a chore at points. Went through it with friends in 4 player online co-op, wouldn't have bought it were it not for that option and it really is one for the purist. If you're into run n gun shooters, this will disappoint.

great price!! been after this for ages! just shame it's not free delivery!! hot!

Had this off Play about a month ago for same price, sold it two days later at a profit luckily! Rubbish game, on PS3 anyway. Just isn't entertaining, feels like a chore. Quite poor graphics as well in comparison to what else is around and annoyingly there was occasional pop-up!

It's shame too because I loved the original PC game, which was brilliant.

For me anyway I really enjoyed it; a breath of fresh air. Its so satisfying getting 1 shot kills from miles away with an assault rifle..you can also adjust from single, burst and auto with most guns which i like.

People that say its rubbish, are usually the people that find a game to hard, or have to put some time into it, this aint a arcade game like call of duty.

Totally agree. I mean its not the best game out there but its definitely worth a fiver and maybe even a tenner.

I loved the original and like my realistic shooters, so when I say it's rubbish it's not because I found it hard (I didn't it's very easy fight-wise). I say it's rubbish for these reasons:-

1. It is not very realistic, yet claims to be (it is nothing like OFP).

2. It plays more along the lines of an arcade/realism shooter like COD, but lacks the graphics and sound of these games and lacks the openess of OFP or ARMA, despite claiming to be a sandbox game it only has a few vehicles and units it seperates each mission into one area of the island map that is only a few square kilometers, there is no continuity between the missions. The mission editor is very week and moddability seemed to be non-existant, so not a sandbox game in my book.

3. Every mission (I can't recall an exception, but there may be one or two only) has timers, generally just 2 or 3 minutes to get to each waypoint or complete an objective, this requires you to play each mission as though you are rambo, just running to each point and racing to gun down everything in sight, if the timer gets to zero, it's mission over. This destroys any feeling of tactical play and stealth or taking routes to take advantage of terrain and cover is all but impossible as you run out of time.

4. All missions are pretty much linier and due to the timers, don't have much scope to vary how to approach them, so replayability is limited.

Other than that the game is fine........but as these are pretty much the major points of this type of game, they couldn't have sabotaged it any more if they tried. it's a shame, the game could have been half decent if they got rid of the timers, put in some extra units and had made the whole island one open map, maybe someone has modded it to achieve this, but they hadn't a few months ago when I last looked.

If you want realism go buy ARMA 2, if you want polish and a more forgiving semi arcady FPS get Modern Warfare (or the not as good the sequel).

Flame on.........
