Good protein, currently using this. Just wish it came in a box instead of the resealable bag.

I'm sorry are you asking why protein is good for you?
#4
Good stuff. This is the normal price. I have been using it for over a year. I have used many far more expensive protein before and this does the same job.

There is also 7.5% quidco

i have used this stuff before, its normally at this price or slightly less for multi-buys.

protein never gets heat on here and cashback used to always be 10% for that site on quidco

Am looking into getting this type of stuff and joining the gym....

Any idea how it might compare to this?

Its very similar - only difference would be the taste. I've had the Optimum Health one and it tastes ok, haven't tried the impact stuff. If you get the Optimum Health one, make it with skimmed milk, not water - tastes a lot better.

Thanks for the info profet.... About to join the gym so might wait 3-4 weeks before starting on this stuff..... Got a guy at work who's a qualified trainer who will help me out :)

Looking at the impact protein reviews, it taste pretty good. I'm going to order some I think, cause while the optimum health stuff tastes ok, I'm really sick of strawberry.

The one tip I'd give you if you want to bulk up fast is to drink loads and loads of this stuff - two or three shakes a day. Otherwise spend every waking hour at the gym will mount to nothing!

Just found this by googling "hotukdeals protein" and I have ordered - thanks! Found the discussions helpful also.

btw - now comes with "Free Optimum Health Creatine 90 Tabs - Save £6.99"

But is now £24.99 delivered, and on top will be Quidco @ 7.5% which should be: £1.87

This is a supplement, not magic powder and it certainly isn't meant to replace real food, just assist in training

Myprotein's seems whey better value - relatively cheaper for 5kg and higher protein ratio too.
