Mainly Zinc and Magnesium with Vitamin B6. If you don't work out then it's not advisable taking it as your levels should be about normal.

Some people say it just made them feel unwell and some people swear by this stuff. Here's an article http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/zma.htm

This is worth taking just for the deep sleep/whacky dreams that you may experience - vivid and mad.

haha, some of the dreams I've had whilst taking ZMA....

Definitely worth it at that price all ZMA is the exact same as it must have the precise servings to be called ZMA

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18500945
"Results indicated that ZMA supplementation non-significantly increased serum zinc levels by 11 - 17% (p = 0.12). However, no significant differences were observed between groups in anabolic or catabolic hormone status, body composition, 1-RM bench press and leg press, upper or lower body muscular endurance, or cycling anaerobic capacity"

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17882141

"The present data suggest that the use of ZMA has no significant effects regarding serum testosterone levels and the metabolism of testosterone in subjects who consume a zinc-sufficient diet."

The studies seem to show that this supplement is simply urinated out of your body. Expensive urine

Will this put hairs on your chest?

Possibly. Users do report facial hair growing faster when taking it. But that would just be an annoyance for me!
