I got this the other day from Amazon 906g for £12 really, its actually a nice protein which doesn't turn into lumps lol

It is good stuff but at a premium price , as mentioned above , my protein and bulk powders do it a fraction of the cost.

I''m trying to find a good value for money supplement to have after my workouts. I only train 2/3 times a week and my workouts aren't very intense, just body weight exercises.

not all protein is the same and just cause it cheaper doesnt make it better infact it is usually obtained from poor quality products and is more difficult for the body to absorb this one is really good
