usually 1kg of protein powder costs £15, for 5.44kg this is a amazing deal! the powder comes in many different flavours, personally i really like the taste and it mixes well. its got a good ratio for nutrition per 100g. yes its mostly for mass gaining but with 50g per serving it would work very well with cardio for lean gains!

This is not pure protein it's a GAINER! You need to take 330g dose 2 times per day if you want results... but still a good deal ;)

i think 50g per serving is enough for lean mass, it out ranks most protein powder in both protein and carbs

I use 2 regular size scoops (roughly half of the bucket they supply) of this stuff and it works just as well, good to have the carbs after a workout as well as the protein anyway, Only bought it because it was something like £25 for 5.4kg...couldn't say no at that price.
