You would.

I only have 1 scoop a day which is 600 calories. But in that 1 scoop gives me enough protein and carbs for post workout. Lasts for a long time doing it this way also.

Great price by the way.

i understand protein powders to a certain extent. But what is the point of a weight gain powder? just eat a load of tasty carbs and 2 scoops of protein powder instead...

They help your wallet lose weight. ;)

I do like my powders, but that's just too much maltodextrin for me. Price is about the same as making your own anyway.

Only 16 servings!!
"Mix 2 scoops 334g with 710ml of water" !!
add to the fact that once you've consumed all that you'll be that stuffed that you'll not be able to eat your normal meals anyway so a bit counter productive.

You don't understand the point of protein powders if your actually questioning tge point of a carb based shake.

If you want your muscles to actually grow protein powders won't actually help. Instead, after workouts especially, your muscles crave carbohydrates. Having carbs after a workout will make your muscles grow hence gaining "mass".

Protein shakes are fine but if you want to grow bigger, this is what you actually need.
