Oral B Precision Clean 500 for £2.50 @ Asda Living, Wakefield

jaydeforcejaydeforce

Hi guys!

As the title says, I got this absolute cracking deal whilst printing off price changes at work this morning! Sadly when i scanned the barcode with my Telxon it said it's now deleted so we won't be getting anymore stock of it.

The price change occurred as there's new briefs being launched across our Health & Beauty department in the coming days. Therefore it's possible a similar deal may be out there at other stores (=

Here's the link to my receipt for proof: http://i209.photobucket.com/albums/bb107/mj_crazyinlove/photo1-2.jpg

If you Google supersavvyme Oral B they were giving £5 back for buying this model (you have to include the bar code off their toothpaste as an on-pack promotion) - so you could be to take it away!

From my analysis of your finger I conclude that you play darts for your local pub, drive a Renualt Clio and eat chicken curry at least once a week.

If someone posted a similar deal from Tesco the haters would be all over it and put it in the freezer!

I say hot but looks unlikely anyone else will get one.

thanks a gain for the heads up. managed to pick up a couple. went instore last night and asked the lady at the til to check the price. it came up a £2.50, but she said she will need to confirm it. she called someone to go and check and she tpld her it was £50 and she couldn't sell at £2.50 but i can have it at £50 and told the other lady to take them off the shelf. I told her not to worry and went on my merry way. when I saw your post this mornin I thought to check another store, they had the the shelf labelled at £2.50 but no toothbrush. so i took the tag back to the store i went to the night before and asked for the duty manager for that department and told him the story.

He told me that he wasn't made aware of this and that he was on last night. he then went to check and asked how many i wanted and i said 2. he got them and said he'd have no problem to sell if they were on clearance. he checked the system and told the lady on customer service to sell them to me. he said he doesn't know why they told me £50...

Asda can't refuse to sell you a product at the price stated on the SEL unless the SEL says 2p! 2p items should always be removed off the shelf and wasted off by a colleague as soon as possible. This however was a clearance price drop so they shouldn't have even mentioned you having to pay £50 for it! I had to waste off around 30 Duracell Rechargable AA & AAA batteries at £11.73 each the other day! :|
