Voucher is on page 38 of the sun. Think its in the metro and a few others.

£100 for a toothbrush..? Hope it cleans your ears, nose, fixes cavities and puts fillings in too!
#3
Says on their site:
our price
WAS: £54.99
PRICE: £49.99
Dunno where they got £109 from?
#4
The £109 is probably the original over inflated RRP...

Is this the 9500 model? My sister bought one a while back for a hell lot more, great price!
#7
Bought from Argos at £60 last month - this is a great price!
#8
If its the same one that I have these toothbrushes are awesome and well worth the money spent.
#9
It doesn't look like it is the one with the external display. That was £130ish but sold for £55-£65. This is the same handle though and you get all the info through the brush display. Worth £39.99 but NOT £109.99!!

yea, its 49.99 not 39.99...:?

Can someone simply confirm that the current shop price of £49.99 is reduced by £10 giving a final buy it price of £39.99 -- (I don't care about the RRP) -- Additionally when does the voucher EXPIRE ?
#12
this one only has 3 modes.. no polish mode
#13
yes current shop price is £49.99 go in with voucher and get it for £39.99. it is the triumph 9500 without the added display but it is the same toothbrush in every other way.
had to go to three different superdrugs to get one but luckily i live very close to all three.
there is only one brush head in the box so no polish attachment

Don't you just hate when this happens? Picked this very toothbrush at lunchtime in Boots for £54.99 (came highly recommended) and then a voucher pops up

Anyone know if Boots pricematch? Rather they did then go through the hassle of returning then having to trek to a SuperDrug. And buy The S*n :whistling:

oops - even without this latest voucher Argos are selling them for £48.93 -- Return it to boots for full refund then re-buy at Superdrug

LOL @ polish mode!
Also doesn't have the SmartGuide like mine but I did pay £70 for mine a few months ago..
Very good toothbrush!
#20
good saving so heat added

though i am in shock at that original price, paying over 100 quid for a toothbrush??!!
i suppose that in the long run it could save on dentist fees but still..... :o

and "dishwasher safe"??!! why would you put it in the dishwasher, won't it come out tasting like dish cleaner?!
suspended#21
Congratulations the porter! :)

So no complaints about these whatsoever? When are these normally refreshed (ie is there a brand new one coming in January?) What does the timer thingy do?
#22
Lol!

You put the base in the dishwasher (after removing the charging ring).

These are fairly new models as far as I recall. They are just wanting to get a better market share compared to Sonicare. They don't put as much money in to marketing as Sonicare do hence why they can probably sell them cheaper. Sonicare is marketing in a similar way to Bose. Fancy marketing with a fancy price to make you think it HAS to be good!
#23
PS: This model with the display got top marks on The Gadget Show. Only difference is not having the external display which smiles at you when you have brushed for 2 mins. Talking of which I must go brush my teeth!
#24
I use a Sonicare, and sfter seeing that come 3rd in The Gadget show and this above it, I had to buy.

Dentist say best toothbrush around.
#25
Hi, anyone know what other newspaper id this listed in? I cannot find any "The Sun" in any store today
#26

#27
Can anyone let me have a copy of the voucher, can't get hold of the Sun now!
#28
maybe a bit late for some...

but just got home from work and got an email from superdrug customer services saying that due to oral b not able to provide enough units etc. this deal has been extended to the 24th Dec.

too late for me I went into Currys and got the next model up (remote display one) for £55 (was £140 instore but pricematched argos at £63 + another 10% off)
