Just ordered mine. Great timing as my electric one cracked at the bottom.

Can you use ordinary brush heads with this or do the sensitive ones have a different fitting?

See reviews here, not too good. Apparently the head doesn't move and the brushes are expensive

It uses the standard Braun heads. My whole family has these and they are great.

But does 'professional' actual differ to 'vitality' in any way? (other then the price of course)

Apparently this have about 7600 Oscillations as against the 500 Pro one which has 20,000 pulsations.
This uses a 2D technology against 3D on the Pro version, (from manufacturer's website)
etc...

#17

Yes (4 posts above) - http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/oral-b-vitality-sensitive-timer-power-toothbrush-10-98-argos-ebay/857391/#post10434334

Arrived today. Excellent value but note they have a European two round pin plug (and a fairly short lead). Won't reach as high as our shaver plug over sink so will need an adaptor to charge elsewhere. Should have been declared I think.
