Hi,
I just receive an e-mail from ebuyer:

The Deals: Choose your phone from 1 of 2 below and select any of the gifts, all FREE when you sign up to Orange's Dolphin 25 (24 month) price plan, giving you 400 minutes of any network calls & UNLIMITED text messages for only £25 per month.

1 - LG Venus : Unique interactive touch-based virtual navigation keypad.
Music player with FM Radio, 3 megapixel camera & camcorder, and touch-control games.
----- OR -----
2 - Nokia 6300: Sophisticated, modern design with stainless steel covers.
2Mpix camera with 8x digital zoom.

***** PLUS *****

FREE with 32" HD TV (can anyone estimate its price???)
----- OR -----
FREE with HP 530 Laptop (at least worth £200, see website for the specs)
----- OR -----
FREE with Nintendo Wii (worth £180)

See next post for the links.

Personally, I would go for the laptop.

Not the deal of the year, but still worth posting I think.

Hope it helps!

-- edit: just changed the title.
I put the price at £600 = £25 time 24 months ;-)

Good considering Orange charge £25 a month for that anyway, might as well get a free TV/laptop/Wii. TV and laptop are worth more but still.

not bad deal.
i hate being tied to anything longer than a 12 month contract, but contracts will shortly be going up to minimum 18 months anyway (O2 already, soon to be followed by at least 3 of the major service providers.)
if you just want a basic phone and decent tariff this is defo the way to go.

Just to put this into perspective, you are paying

24months x £25 = £600

for:

Wii: Worth £180?
32" Unbranded HDTV: Worth £280?
HP 530 Laptop: Worth £280?

So at best £320 for 24months service which is approx £13.33/month over 24months on this tariff, 2 years... WITHOUT the hassle of cashbacks.

Good for the unorganised and don't want to risk cashbacks I assume....

Good way to summarize it. PLUS, they give you the free gift upfront (whereas with most cashback offers, you pay full price upfront and they reimburse you partly later)
BTW, does Orange do good cashback offers?

As I said, not the best deal ever, but can be useful for someone. I was not expected this deal to go to the hot section, but nor it to be voted cold...
Never mind, I wil keep posting what I found worth sharing with you ;-)

orange do £50 quidco.

Orange charge £5 a month less on 18/24 month contracts online.

So with this you're losing out on £120 (£5 x 24) + £50 cashback, total £170. Enough for a wii, but not an unbranded 32" TV.

I didn't knew that. I should have searched
People please vote my deal cold!!! :p

Sorry, no cold vote as it's still pretty hot if not the best, especially if like me you couldn't justify buying a new tv but could justify a new phone contract.

These deals are real mind benders... Always worth having pen, paper & calculator to hand!

That said some people - myself included - might well fancy a new telly or Xbox but just not have cash on the hip at the time so looking at it that way, it's a good deal... I think! Hahahumph!?!

Excellent! A guy that apologize for NOT voting cold!
Even if it is not the cheapest to get a new TV, if can be a good strategy for ;-)
I love when "buy' decisions are political ;_)

I didnt vote cold because like I said, if you were after a 32" tv you'll still save money on it!
