Brother rang orange up today to change his contract and somehow ended up getting 200 mins, unlimited texts and a free Sony C902 for 18 months. Might have just been a specific deal for him but thought i'd share. Pretty good seeing as the handset is £249.99 handset only on play.com

Says its out of stock on the website :( nice phone as well :)
#3
It's a retention deal that you would get if you were on Orange and said you were off to another network ;-)
#4
it's a upgrade It's ONLY IF YOUR WITH ORANGE ALREADY
#5
I cancelled mine this morning and got offered nowt but a slightly cheaper tarrif
#6
was quite strange how he got it tho as he was only on a sim only contract before that and they just decided to do give him the upgrade, worth it just for the handset tho

I've clicked expired, purely for the fact this deal isn't available to everyone. It's very specific to the existing Orange User.
#8
still an ok deal imo

expiring a deal just coz it's not for you? Ehm... I can see the logic... not. Using this criteria I can expire most deals on hukd :?
#9
can someone un-expire this as surely its up to the individual to make hte effort with orange to sort something out. if your banning deals that are not available to everyone then makro and costco deals should be automatically expired, along with all the sky deals. this is no different to the sky deals, which are only for existing sky customers, hence not available to everyone

If anything, this deal IS for me as I'm coming to the end of my Orange contract.

However. Unless your

[*]With Orange
[*]Coming to end of your contract
[*]Have got enough Loyalty with them[/LIST]your not going to get this deal.

At least I've told you why I've done it! Most people just click cold/expire/spam for no reason!

so by my brother being on there sim only contract for 2 months counts as being loyal? still by using this logic all sky/virgin/o2/etc deals should be expired

I wouldn't worry about it.

It's -24, and I didn't vote I only clicked expired or else it would be -33. Not exactly a hot deal in members eyes?
