It's not offering any discount online (bar the phone fund).

Unfortunately not - just tried myself and tried to blag it. Will still do for £74.99 including top up so slightly cheaper.

Typical apple user.

Android 2.3 on mine with LauncherPro and it's smooth as hell. Go read up on how Android manages background apps and then come back with that nonsense.
Oh and find a new iPhone for £79.99 while you're at it.

Voted by who exactly? A poll on some Apple orientated website? In a high street? How can you fairly run a survey like that?

Android phones are currently outselling iPhone 2/1 in the US. Openness and expandability ALWAYS prevails when it comes to technology...
This is a smartphone capable of outperforming phones 3 times it's price. While you're sat back paying out of your ass every month for your iPhone, I paid £75 for my oLED San Fran and it's one of the best buys I've EVER had. I put it next to a friends iPhone 4 and even he admitted the screen on the San Fran was nicer...

Any idea how this compares to the Nokia 5800? Hardwarewise the 5800 is better spec, but sizewize and perhaps softwarewise this is better. Anyone with experience?

The SF has better hardware then the N5800...faster CPU, higher resolution screen, more ram, capacitive screen.

My phone prior to the OSF was the 5800, I prefer the OSF for everything bar the maps. I prefer ovi maps to google maps. Camera is on a par but OSF has no flash

Behave yourself..
iPhone may be marginally better than this sub sub sub £100 phone, but it ain't 5 times better and certainly isn't value for money. While we're barking up that tree though, the HTC Desire, Samsung Galaxy, Desire HD, Sensation, and pretty much every other high end android phone is far better than your beloved iPhone. Not to mention that they ain't massively overpriced with "Apple" tax.

Well, that should not be a surprise. And the camera is disappointing, no doubt. But otherwise this phone is absolutely amazing, and compares quite well to medium range smart phones. And for a smart phone for the price of a feature phone, that is not bad.
