Noticed that e2save are price-matching onestopphoneshop's £89.99 deal for the Orange San Francisco mobile phone (andywedge original post). Might be useful for anyone who prefers e2save or have an existing account with them. Looks as if they have knocked an extra 9p off! Remember to go through quidco for £7.50 off. Apologies if this has already been posted.

did this need it's own deal? if the price was lower.
i'd have just added a note to the other one.

But e2save and onestopphoneshop are the same - both subsidiaries of The Carphone Warehouse!

Shame carphone can't sell this phone directly unlocked and with stock branding as with all their other phones.

I initially thought it was very slightly lower just after clicking through but then discovered that the price is currently showing as 89.90 on both sites. Not sure that the 9p drop in price makes a difference to anyone but may as well be precise in the heading.

It's valid to prefer one arm of CPW to another as they do conduct business slightly differently - for example, claiming cashback via mobiles.co.uk is not the same process as via e2save and I, for one, prefer the former.

Watch them with Quidco.
I bought this phone for my daughter at christmas.
They declined my quidco, claiming to have paid a "referrer" my quidco money? I clicked into their site directly, not through a referral, so they are at it.
Im not the first either, a few people on quidco have had this problem with them.
I certainly wont deal with them again anyway.

Considering the iPhone has little extra in usability, it would need to be £40!

Voted cold as pointless opening a new thread for same price.

You can't add quidco into the bargain as it's not allowed in the rules.

The OP just hoping for glory.

I got a contract phone from them in october and quidco paid out the £45 no problem, and this tracked in about an hour.

Oh, well, it must be true if you read it on some unspecified blog a month ago, then! :D

I don't think there's any need to be so rude. He has a valid point. Just because you disagree isn't really a good reason to start name calling!

I'm thinking about contacting internic and setting up a redirect to this site from my new domain, hotuksanfrancisodeals.com

e2save are the biggest cowboys out there. I would strongly advise buying this phone anywhere else but with them. I speak from first hand experience. You have been warned!

What makes you say so? I have used them for 5 years on cashback deals and bought tons of PAYG as well. Never had any problems. Please state you experience so that others can beenfit.

It would be really nice if people who have bad experiences post what it was so that we can keep that in mind when dealing with them. It would be much more helpful than just stating avoid e2save.

I'm confused...? How is this different to "onestopphoneshop.co.uk" deal?
When I ordered one from onestopphoneshop.co.uk I got a text with delivery information from "e2save" with confirmation.
I presume they are the part of the same company, so its the same deal...?
#32
If you look at the Terms and Conditions on onestopphoneshop it actually still uses the e2save wording in quite a few places!

They are both owned by the carphone warehouse.
#33
Brilliant price, thanks OP

Ordered yesterday at about 16:45 and delivery attempted today at 10.55. Only annoyance is having to get it delivered to home when people have to work.

I might get rid of my HTC Tattoo and get this, would be £30 more after recycling - You think it would be worth it?

Hmmm, was just looking at this and although it seems to be a better phone the talk time is really poor... not sure if its worth it hmmm

Anyone know what you can do with the Orange top ups / credit or whatever it is that you get/buy with these phones?
I don't need them since we only wanted these phones to use on another network.
#38
Ordered from e2save and OSPS and both have tracked already through TCB and both orders have been dispatched. I will make around £28 profit on each phone selling them unlocked and rooted on Ebay and that's after extortionate fees of around £17 for each phone.

I think the sf looks slightly better with the screen. Just the battery power is putting me off. And the sell on value is really low on the sf too. Might wait until my 12 month manufacturers stuff stops hmmm

I think I've changed my mind? Think I'm gonna go for it! My phone is at least 7 months old and not looking as clean as it could be! A shiny new phone is always too tempting!!!
