Temperature control? No it hasn't.
All it can do is display the temperature - not control it. You might as well say it has "time control" too. Cold because of the misleading advertisement

Anyone with comon sense will know that a clock cannot control the temperature of your room unless it is connected to your central heating system or has a built in heater/air conditioner!

I couldn't get the links to work so I've copied and pasted the reviews below.

Very impressed. It is modern looking and yet it does not jump in your eyes, just blends in the background. Clock itself works great, found the signal in few minutes and works perfectly ever since. You can switch between "Day of the Week" view and "Seconds" view - I chose "Day of the Week" as it seems more important to me. The only little inconvenience I found is that it only shows the time in "12-hour" format (2.38pm), and you are not able to set "24-hour" format (14.38). Apparently you can either have a UK model - which receives UK signal to show UK time and it shows time in 12-hour format... or you can buy Euro model which receives the signal from Frankfurt, Germany and only displays CET time (GMT+1) and this one only show the time in 24-hour format. I was hoping I could set mine to show the time in 24-hour format - being continental european I am more used to it... other than that - GREAT

I am truly impressed with this item It is extremely simple to operate. It was showing the correct time five minutes after installing the batteries. It is very clear and easy to read. I am going to buy an extra one for another room I have no hesitation about recommending it to other purchasers

Exactly right!!! So why didn't the advertisement just say that, instead of trying to mislead people into thinking it could do something that it plainly can't? I'm not having a go at whoever posted this - don't make that mistake. I'm questioning the integrity of the advertisement and the advertising copy in the original.
