Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Ms McKeith is a bit of a snake-oil peddler:

Her qualifications have also been questioned. She's more a TV star than a nutritionist.

Do they give you scoliosis I wonder?
#3
I know about her dubious background but I'm not sure she'll have caused much harm to the beans by putting them in water...;-)

Regardless of how fabricated her qualifications are, the OP has posted a HOT DEAL. This is cheaper than anywhere else such as Holland and Barratt, and some of it is pretty good, beans for example are always good for you no matter what crazy things Gillian McKeith claimes about them. Thanks OP, hot deal!

Picked up some of the Miso soup the other day, may have to go back and hunt for some of the other products mentioned.

Good article, I really really cannot stand that woman, I always change channels at the sight of her :x

Got various tins of beans yesterday for my next chilli. Never heard of the woman, but they were cheap.

She's just full of S**t.

At 19p a tin they must cost more than that to produce so possibly we could bankrupt the miserable old fraud. Then again, I used to buy The Times every Monday when it was 10p but Murdoch's still with us. She's probably got malnourished 8 year olds working for her in a cannery in some third world country for 2p a day.

Bought ten packs of red miso soup yesterday, regardless of whos on the pack, this is organic miso and is, in my opinion delicious and only 21calories! Depends on taste of course, I love it!! Will look out for the white miso too
