I have the 2-burner version which is a fantastic bbq.
Got it for £99 a couple of years ago - best purchase I made in ages.
Heat added

PS. You need to get a decent cover for it though to protect your investment - that can be a bit pricey.

Hi,
Thanks for posting. I have added an image to your post.
This is a link, made by rayman, which explains how to add images in great detail. It’s worth taking a look at if you are going to post more deals in future : - http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/339941/how-to-post-and-host-images-for-thr/
Or follow the link in my signature. I have also added price & retailer to the title, it helps those viewing in text only.
Kind regards

excellent price for this barbie. friend of mine paid nearly £300 for the same one about a year ago and it's a fantastic piece of kit. good find.

Great deal! The Outback site has it for £224.99 but it includes a cover worth £32.39 so still a top deal. Don't forget Quidco 3%. Should include an umbrella for when it rains!!!!!!

great BBQ. I actually won a 'Fosters' sponsered one of these about 3 years ago and its still perfect. The cast iron plates are really heavy but look as new today as they did 3 years ago. hot deal

I saw this online this morning, went to go pick it up then saw this beast instore for £15 more

http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/663137/stainless-steel-4-burner-gas-bbq-re,

Couldn't beleive it, it was much, much better quality. This is a stonking deal but that one^^^^^^ I was gobsmacked after seeing the same one in b&q for £400.

So if you need a bigger bbq, it's worth looking at that one^^^^^^^^.

We got this one for £198.00 + delivery when it was 10% day last weekend and cash back too. We didn't want a flatbed one, but it is a great BBQ.

H&R.

I'd love one of these. Much better than my £15 ASDA crap.

However, does anybody else feel like a gas BBQ is almost like cheating? :-)

Great thing about Outback BBQs is that you can get spares easily for them .
Means you don't have to throw them away when a small part needs replacing.

I bought our first Outback Hunter BBQ 10 years ago. We gave it to the local cricket club a couple of years ago when we bought an identical replacement on offer and the original is still going strong. Warranty is superb and spares, as someone else said, are easy to get hold of.

A good tip is to line your catch tray with foil and sand at the start of the season and then tip it all in the bin at the end of the year and then you have a clean tray.

It is a good idea to get a cover as advised and remember to tighten all the screws at the start of the season. The racks are cast iron and enamelled so last years and no rusting.

Finally as to the question of is it cheating? I say no. The reason I say this is because when you light a charcoal bbq you light the coal and wait until it has stopped smoking and is just giving off heat. This is what the lava rock simulates. We have done a blind tasting with charcoal and gas and nobody could tell the difference.

Most people don't light charcoal ones early enough and so end up cooking on a smokey cool bbq and then it gets red hot when they have finished! Me? I would rather turn a dial, press a button and wait 10 mins and then cook my food.

In the summer we use it rather than the oven or grill and a £32 15kg propane cylinder can last 2 years on our 3 burner model.

Put it away greasy at the end of the year and clean it before you use it. Yes it gets all furry but at least the grease stops any rusting over the winter.

Recommended.

yep it's bloody annoying since the damn thing had expired before it even went hot...

Wish HUKD changed it's system for listing items on the main "hot" pages, it makes finding cheap bargain finding a load of rubbish if you only get listed bargains your actually looking for by name in a search....

I'd have bought this in a shot at the original price of this deal and hukd would have got commission.

It is a different way of cooking and to be honest if you have a really discerning palate you can tell the difference between food cooked with real coal and gas...Having said that gas BBQs are so practical, ready to cook in just 10 minutes so I find myself using them a lot more often than a coal one. Get one with a side burner, really handy for cooking onions, eggs, etc. ;-)

Still available in store for reservation at £186 which still sounds like a good deal - the question is ......... is it any good / worth it? Would be interested to know.
Also, does it come with the regulator and a decent cover / if not where's best to pick these up?
Cheers
