Ray Stevenson stars in OUTPOST, which follows a team of mercenaries as they battle their deadliest enemies yet in the form of Nazi remains and the survivor of a horrific army experiments. Set in dismal, war-ravaged Eastern Europe, the film explores the men's attempts to remain alive while digging up a mystery greater than they ever imagined.

Cracking low budget movie, supposedly made for only 65k !

I was quite impressed with the relative lack of gore and the creepy atmosphere, plus Ray Stevenson had a touch of the Connery about him, possibly someone to take over from DC when the Bond role is available again.

HOT!

I'm a zombie film fan so I'll check it out.

Its a very good flick- expecially on the creep count.

Zombies in the style of The Fog rather than Dawn of the Dead though, more supernatural than flesh-eating, which I thought was a nice change.

Loved it.

Might be damning with faint praise, but this is a surprisingly good little film!

One of my favourite films! The atmosphere created by wonderful cinematopgrahy made up for the lack of budget.

The inference that the whole thing could be real my mentioning Einstein's unified field theory creeped me out completely!

Hot hot for me. Good low budget movie.

My mate actually did a lot of the graphics work on this and complained that they skimped on costs when he would have liked to do better effects! But a bargain at this price, will make an order myself when I get home.

Didn't know much about it but from what everyone has said on here I thought I'd take a chance. Not a big risk at this price. Hot

can't believe I'm talking about the same film, as I'm a big fan of the zombie/horror genre & I also prefer the atmospheric horror over blood and gore - but I thought this was boring as hell! It wasn't a terrible movie by any means, but I've seen far far better. I know the budget was small, but even so....it dragged for too long in places and wasn't scary at all IMHO

I know mate, but that movie's not upcoming, it was already released during the Oscar period. My local cinema ignored it in favour of The Reader, The Wrestler, Slumdog, etc. It might have gotten shown for a week before it shuffled off but I never caught it in time. Just waiting for DVD release now.

My mum loves Rome but historical TV drama isn't for me, and I'm too busy watching modern stuff like Lost, The Shield, The Wire, 24, etc.

I really thought Ray had the kind of genuine, no vanity, macho bloke presence that has been largely missing from Brit cinema for some time. Looking forward to seeing him do other stuff.
