Much better to pay an extra £20 and get all 4 of you in to both places for 2 days rather than 1. Great find

This is a fabulous park, nest we've been to as a family.

It's not explicitly stated anywhere I've looked, but suspect you're right and therefore it should be clearly stated as such. I'm not saying this is not a good deal but I wonder how many people will not only be looking at this, but actually booking not even realising the theme park part is not open (if this is true). Might be tricky with the kids being able to see some of the rides but not able to ride them!

it says the theme park is shut in the fine print :(

If seeing proud and majestic animals caged and stripped of all their natural instincts is your thing...

Personally, I think it's abhorrent.

Where else would you see them? Travel the world to far away places? I prefer zoo's, a nice selection of animals all in one place.

The way Chessington keeps their animals is disgusting, I can't believe they get away with it in this day and age. People need to boycott these kind of zoos.

Ever watched Planet Earth II (for example)? Far, far more interesting and close access to animals in their natural habitat.

The fine print ...........Please note that Chessington World of Adventure Theme Park's rides are closed during this time, but the Zoo and SEA LIFE centre will be open. -
