Genuine question here, nothing to do with PC vs Console war...

What's the player base of this game like in PS4, is it easy and comfortable to find a game and play causally?

Would love to know the answer to this. Games found pretty quickly in my experience on PS4.

Update likely to rejuvenate playing population too perhaps?

Easy to find a game, nobody uses their microphone, lots of game quitters. This is a team based objective type game, the lack of communication is infuriating, especially if you play competitively.

I guess I wouldn't be playing it competitively but if normal quick-play games are also full of quitters then it's not going to be very enjoyable.. I do prefer playing games on my large living room TV though so not sure whether to get PS4 or PC version.

I've been playing on PS4 since release and for the most part it's been fine and good fun. In quick play if someone quits they are usually replaced pretty quickly (10 seconds) by someone else joining.

Also on competitive I've found it be no where near as common for people quitting as it was initially, whether Blizzard has harsher penalties now or that group of people have gradually reduced.

Somebody quits in around 50% of quick play games, if somebody quits within the first minute of competitive the match is ended automatically wasting everyones time. Unless you plan on getting a team together I would avoid this game.

I just mentioned this this in the other comment, but relevant here too:

Great game, and lots of little communities out there on the internet to get involved with if you get bored of playing solo/want to have more team-orientated play, whether competitive or for fun.

If you really want to play competitive mode competitively, then yes you'll want a group to play with as otherwise every few games you'll come across someone who quits. But if you're just out there to have fun, then it doesn't really matter either way.

For anyone that's interested, if you put the Amazon link into the given space on the Flubit website homepage they might be able to get you a cheaper price on the game by £2-£3 (I got my copy via them for £29 at the time which for this game was pretty good):

Never have issues with Amazon, better than the Game deal because I have prime and can have it tomorrow and it's actually in stock for PS4.

Why?
People are free to purchase from any number of stores.
If someone is too lazy or stupid to check prices from elsewhere then that's on them.

I ordered this on Amazon for £32 on Monday but cancelled yesterday before it was due to be delivered (which was today) due to the GAME deal. The customer service rep said that they dont price match, and that they would have to cancel the order. Then it suddenly becomes £24.99 on Amazon....

currently more than this on Amazon (£28)
