I haven't tried it yet, I will in the morning though.

I ordered vanilla flavour, I've got a boatload of chocolate protein from MyProtein and MuscleFood, so this seemed like the best choice. Plus I figure vanilla is fairly inoffensive, so I can add a spoon of peanut butter or something if I hate it.

What was the caffe latte like? I'm always wary of coffee flavours thanks to Quality Street.

Yep, it is just protein and flavouring. If you're not sure, check with your nurse/GP though.

to OP:
caffe flavours are really good... I have tried a few. if you love regular coffee, you would like coffee flavoured protein as well.

I have at home a few chocolate based flavours from myprotein as well. but havent tried them yet. which is the best in your opinion?

I went for the Belgian Chocolate flavour so that I can use it for making brownies.

I've been following the above recipe, and they taste suprisingly good considering they're a healthy version.
