Went to the Tesco in South Tottenham (North London) to collect my Turtle Beach X41 which I had delivered to store and saw these whilst I had a little ponder around the store.

Think this is nationwide but someone else will have to confirm. Hope this hasnt already been posted...did do a search prior to posting.

Tescos pricing from store to store on a lot of products,is all dependent on how many they sell, how easy it is for delivery, and how many they can stock.

They dirt cheap but they taste like cardboard go stale very quickly.

These are just as good as McVities, simply a different texture (more dry, like biscuits).

Comes down to personal preference, and I like these better :D

Looks store specific, that label is hand written, probably short dated?
#9
They should be more cake like and less rock like.

Lol, I should have included the bottom part but it has my card details so I just folded it before scanning.

Voted hot btw lol some of the value stuff is alright. I know Jaffa Cakes aren't exactly biscuits but I don't see the point in paying £1+ for McVitities biscuits when you can get the Value ones which taste the same.

Yes, because if a deal was ever worth going to that level of effort for, it would be for Tesco Value Jaffa Cakes.

Thanks for this prefer these to the real jaffas.

I prefer the Asda Smartprice ones to McVities as well, I assume these are pretty much the same ones. A lot drier, but a quick dunk in a cuppa sorts that out! :@)

The Reggae Reggae item was Cashew Nuts with a reggae reggae flavoured coating...I ate a handful and fed the rest to the pigeons at the park!

Touché!!!

It's typical for people to make such accusations on here though, which is why I was taken in!

These are rank,

Indeed. They do taste like they're 1.05p per cake.

had those nuts the other day. alot spicier than i was expecting and kinda strange.
so had to keep trying them until they were all gone just to check.

never had these jaffa cakes but its a great price and not really far wrong you can go with a jaffa cake so should be ok. will give them a try if i see them.
certainly never any need to get mcvities when eg lidls own are much better and much cheaper.

72p in Stafford - bought some yesterday hoping they would scan at 25p, but alas they were 72p. I was going to take them back for a refund, but thought, hey 3p for a jaffa (type) cake isn't so bad afterall. 1p a cake would have been sweeter, but 3p is still ok, so anyway, I kept them and they are nearly all gone ! :)
