To be fair that's not a deal, that's theft...

The size of supermarket muffins have really shrunk over the past decade. The worst ones are those supermarkets that use a tiny muffin cup and allow for overflow to that the head of the muffin looks really big, but in essence, you get a light tiny muffin.

I love my muffins...

I noticed the other day that a kit kat chunky has shrunk by 11% since the last time I bought one.

I would have told my girlfriend, but clearly I don't have one.

They don't seem to taste anywhere near as good either unless you buy the expensive luxury range ones.

.....that reminds me about a great deal from Currys: free flat screen TV, if you can walk out of the shop without being stopped.

I really hope you were joking.

Huh... that wooshed over my head. :-)

BTW I've noticed that if you scan a heavy item in self service at Tesco and put it on the belt the weighing technology allows for a little variation so you can put say a cream egg on the top and it's not aware of the extra item. Just an observation - I do not condone this sort of behaviour.

Aer you sure? I've bought these muffins half price before as they are normally £1.29 (obviously!) and that's for four decent sized ones - they've never been mini like tescos 12 mini muffins. Aren't these normal sized? Anyone confirm?
#27
I probably havre a big mouth and thats why they seem small ( no obvious comments )

I picked a packed up yesterday when shopping, they were nothing special in terms of value - and on the small size
#28
Yummy. And who can resist a good muffin from time to time?
#29
these are quality , I had some at this price, much better than the sugar crap muffins from Tesco.

D.
