have you read the description ? I have pointed out that the touch screen is A1 and the non touch screen is A2 also on the spec it states 3 month warranty , was not really interested about the non touch screen but for £55 it not bad as a spare monitor you would pay more for used.

There appears to be quite a few Packard Bell ones - do a search first, some appear to be Grade A1 and some A2.
#7
"Please Note: This monitor is only compatible with Microsoft Windows 7 Operating System."

Good find though, not a bad price at all

Resolution: 1600 x 900

Shame it's not 1080 or I'd order one in a shot.
#14
can you rotate the screen by 90 degree so it is 900x1600? It will be very convenient for viewing certain pictures

it is a matter of opinion pal,

I think it plenty enough for a 20" you think on a 40" tv there is 1080 lines virtical where as on this 20" monitor there is 900 . people say unless you go over 32" you cant notice difference between 720p and 1080p this is 1600x900 (inbetween 720 and 1080). the 5ms vs 2ms you really cant notice any difference ! most tvs are about 20ms and play console games with out a problem plus your eyes only can see 14ms so 5ms is 3 times faster than you can see ! hope that helps you I guarantee someone will be like you need a 3800x2000 monitor and 0.00001 ms and a 9999gtx and a 84gb of ddr12 for games ! for that person If you a serious gamer who has a hell of a lot of money yeah i agree it not for you !
#19
You sit alot closer to this than a 40" tv, so that's why the res will make a difference.

Plus whether your eyes can see 14ms is irrellevant, a 14ms delay over a 2ms delay would give you a disadvantage in games. It's a delay in the info getting to you no matter how you look at it. I think you're confusing with refresh rates and being able to see a slow refresh rate. Seeing as this is 5ms it's not a problem.
#20
The response speed is rather an arbitrary figure anyway (similar to contrast ratios) since there's a number of ways of measuring it, tricks to give low figures than aren't born out in use, and on the whole little consistency whatsoever. It's best to just ignore and judge from use or decent reviews.
