This is better than the majority of Atom netbooks, if only for the decent 11.6" screen and reasonable Celeron processor.
#10
slightly better than atom cpu's upto n450 and slower than the latest n550, not sure if its worth the price diff though.

Simba is correct, Faster than single core Atom, slower than Dual Atom. Power consumption is very high for Celeron - don't expect more than 3 hours with light use.
CPU is not fast enough for BlueRay format with HD resolution. If you get video card to do decoding it will work fine. DVD quality movies will work without problem also.

It's a ULV Celeron by the looks of it http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=37135

Celeron CPUs do not have proper SpeedStep. They will eat 10W regardless of processor load. Not a problem if PC is plugged in, but it will kill battery very quickly.

mind it, no bluetooth. even though it says new, I have a feeling its refurbished as they are not providing manufacturer guarantee, its pcworld_curry outlet warranty only....still voting hot though....for people who don't know Packard Bell is part of Acer now..
