VAT exempt price has specific medical conditions attached to it though :

VAT Declaration form
I declare that I am chronically sick/disabled and that I am receiving from Goldshield a pain device for my own personal use. I claim that the supply of this unit is eligible for relief from VAT under group 12, schedule 8 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994.

I've amended deal to reflect the fact that conditions apply to this offer

Still goes all the way through to checkout at full price anyway. So I presume you get a VAT certificate to claim the VAT back if eligible. Also surely the vat will only be 15% so where did the £20.95 come from?
#6
I dont know if its because I put GWA29 in the promotion code box in the top left corner but when I tick the Vat Declaration box it is £20.95
#7
You do need the code in, amended to show this, thanks.

:x:x:x No it does not. My elderly neighbour bought one of these as he is in chronic pain. He asked me to try it and I could feel nothing. Eventually he admitted the same. Please do not waste money purchasing. He is getting some relief from a TENS machine now but as to this pen you may as well simply burn £20.

it does kind of work, its basically just like a the eletric shock in a handheld gas lighter. but it does kinda work. its like adding a slight amount of pain on top of the pain you already have which this gets the brain used to the original pain.. well thats how i see it anyway
#12
oh and its a fun lil shock to surprise people with :)

These pens are ok and can save popping pain pills constantly.

These seem to have undergone testing, I do own one myself and I get relief from it, only problem I can see is that if your pain is in your back you can't do it yourself, also the click action is a little stiff so people suffering with pain in hands may agan not be able to self medicate with this (my own opinions).

This works by tricking the brain to send natural pain killing signals to the point you treat, you pop the pen on the skin where it hurts and click it 20 or so times.

The pens come with a manufacture date stamped on them and they will work for about 2 years.

I hope this helps people considering.

Bit of blurb.....

PAIN GONE is unlike any other treatment you may have tried before. It is a revolutionary new product, which is succeeding where all other devices have failed. PAIN GONE has had great success with the relief of chronic conditions such as arthritis, back pain, osteoporosis, spondolitis, rheumatism, sciatica, tennis elbow, rheumatoid arthritis, migraine, and inflammatory conditions. In fact most physical pain will respond to the PAIN GONE treatment Clinically tested PAIN GONE is successfully used and recommended in NHS Hospitals and Pain Clinic – meeting the stringent requirements of the European Medical Device Directive.

 Utter tosh and ridiculous claims
"Write off chronic pain with this effective, revolutionary therapy" :w00t:
"recommended in NHS Hospitals and Pain Clinic – meeting the stringent requirements of the European Medical Device Directive"

Completely untrue and proves they do not know what the requirements of the device directives are becuase it does not mention which category....looks good and fools some people which is what ist is designed to do.

Another item for the quackwatch

Please don't just write these things off, im 33 and have suffered for about 12 months with pains in elbow, neck, back and knee. This has given me relief, im not saying its going to completely rid every person of all ailments, but i'd hate someone with pain not to try on of these because of negative statements.
If you are under treatment from NHS for chronic pain some physio sites have them they can treat you with or try before you purchase, so maybe try this before taking the leap.

:x No, but they claim to WRITE OFF CHRONIC PAIN. If this device is so good, they don't need to make such wild statements.

The ones physio's use are smaller versions of TENS machines. They don't work for everybody either but at least they have been validated.

I am being negative but it is a lot more negative to relieve people of £20 for a useless gadget that will be in a drawer within a week. Someone in chronic pain is more likely to be on a low income, or unable to work.

I deal with people in chronic pain on a daily basis. Makes me so angry when I see the more vulnerable of them, exploited by false claims.

:whistling:Very pleased it works for you
