The version you have linked to is the 768mb version not the 1gb version that this deal is.

completely different card. this is hot price as cheapest i've seen is around £185. need to try and sell my 260 black now! hot

worth noting that this comes with the same cooler as the platinum edition which has the core oc'd so there should be some good headroom for improvements too!

I haven't seen this card @ £175 except for this deal. Most other brands of 1GB cards are at £185 - £195.

Completely pointless comment. The 5870 only just beats the 1GB gtx 460 yet it is atleast £60 more at the moment, they are targetting different markets. May aswell be comparing apples and oranges.
