Thanks... Sounds like a bit of a laugh... probably won't get it now in time for Christmas, but you never know.

Keep reading about these tiny things, so for just under £9 it had to be worth a try!

The reviews seem to be love or hate: -

the only time you'll be picking this plane off the floor is to re-charge it!!! 6 minutes doesn't sound a long time but when your flying it round the dogs head and the kids are chasing it its brilliant.

Maybe i have a dodgy one but its unflyable!!

for £8.99 I took the chance of loving it.

You've made me spend money again millarcat - you're a very bad influence! :santa:

Buyers may find a use for this video if theirs suffers a common problem.

#12
Phew...just got order in time then before price bumped back up ...bit cheeky of them!!
#13
Cheeky blighters indeed... it must be one of their 'sale' items! :?

Time to expire this deal then, I reckon!
#14
It says "packed" on tracking...wonder if I'll get it before xmas....that said...they seem to be having problems with website...keeps on crashing
#15
Mine has been in 'Packing' all day... they must be putting a lot of bubble wrap around it... yea, right!

Out of interest do they ship from the mainland, or offshore... i.e. Jersey, does anyone know?

Bought one a few months ago. Died within a day. Got a replacement for free from play.com, but they really are incredible fragile. The wings are made from wafer thin polysyrene. If you fly it into an outside corner of something hard (work surface, door frame, desk etc), there's a good chance it will chip something off the wings.

I'd advise paying a bit more for one with dual-props which isnt made of polystyrene..

Play.com do seem to operate a peculiar order processing system.

Mine has now moved from 'Packing' back to 'Processing'... goodness knows when it will get despatched now!
