The save 1/3 seems to be on line too but can't see the £5 off your next order........ I bought in store this lunch time York
did you get a voucher or something at the till??
Its charging full price online, even though the reduction is shown by the product, went all through to confirm order and it still didn't come off so have left it
I'm guessing it's a new offer as the signs have just gone up in the baby isle but when it went through the till it didn't auto print the voucher as staff expected so they gave me a gift card for £5.

Does it state which products qualify for the £5 voucher?
Yes. In nappies it was only pampers baby dry sizes 3-4-5 then other haircare and beauty products were listed on the ticket on the shelf..... Can't remeber them all though.
other half works for sainsburys will get him to have a look when he goes work tonight. thanks need some more nappies was just about to go to local coop but will wait now
got 2 packs of pampers baby dry size 5. also same problem that voucher didnt go though so customer services put it on a gift card for me
Tried to take advantage of this offer just now, in the Lower Sydenham branch, and staff were clueless. Didnt print a voucher off for me, i was buying carrypack babydry size 5+, and having consulted a sign on the womens hair dye part of the offer, where all products were listed in the offer, they still would not acknowledge that i should have had a voucher. No giftcard for me though :x so i got a refund. they blamed it on an admin error and could do nothing so i will try again in a day or so ! good deal if you get a voucher
thanks for this, when you spend the £10 on pampers how do you get the £5 voucher? I would love to know thank you xxx

ok went in today and picked up 10 packs.

got first 2 packs at £5.98x2 = £11.96 and got £6 in vouchers
2nd 2 packs at £5.98x2 = £11.96-£6= £5.96 and got £6 vouchers and on and on and on.

till some times gave £6 or £5 voucher.

now left with £6 voucher in pocket and cant wait till more stock comes in. this is the BEST offer ever on nappies i have had in the past 2 years.
Thanks, needing some nappies
Wow thanks for your input and thanks to the op for this. I went in and got 2x pampers but i went through self scan. I got a few vouchers at the end but none of them were for a £5 Voucher so I had to complain and they wrote me out a voucher. Has anyone else had any problems? As I would really like to be able to go through self scan and maybe buy say 10 packs but I would need to know that the vouchers would be printed off? x

There was big time confusion on the offer as I said above, is it on all sizes yes ? The peeps in the sydenham branch thought it was only on size 4 as thats what was in the picture, even though the signs were along the entire aisle ! Will try again this evening, as hopefully would have sorted the voucher issue out by then !?!!?
Thankyou Bailsta i would really appreciate that x
I have repd you bailista
hi I bought two more carry packs of size 5 nappies £5.98 each and all that came out of the till was £2.50 off Ariel Excel and £1 off milk and £1 off pampers so I had to go back to Customer Services and get a £5 giftcard. It is ridiculous as I would like to get a load of these nappies to stock up but I cant keep going back to customer services x
This offer really shows sainsburys up - I went in yesterday, no coupon was given at the till, when I questioned staff they said the offer was misleading and you had to spend £10 on 1 packet of nappies - when I questioned this as they had no packs of nappies (or boxes) costing £10, they gave me a refund.
I tried again today at a different sainsburys, again no coupon, so they tried it again and I got £2.50 off pampers and £2.50 off ariel excel - when questioned they said this is all I'll get.
Better than nothing but very dissapointing that the staff don't seem to know about or understand the offer!
I knw it is terrible, in my local they have to keep writing me out £5 vouchers and it is so embarassing. It is a shame as I would like to get a lot x
Would love to hear anybody elses experiences of this xx

Shame they haven't got there act together - i though it was just my local branch being unorganised.

They lady who did my gift card got the 'list' of things included and it clealry stated size 3,4,5. I was buying 4+ and they let me have them.

there was no mention on the terms list that it had to be a single item - it inlcuded products like hair dye which usually cost under £10 so that makes no sense!!!

hope people have some joy with it!! Can't beat saving the pennies on nappies ;-)
Thanks for taking the time to write your experience on here, I will rep u in a min x
Just been in Norwich one and had same problem, only gave me £1 off, so went to customer services got £5 back and now off to work so going to pop in and try for some more seeing as I have £6 to spend!
just picked up 3 set for the twins I was on the self check out and two vouchers £2.50 each were printed to spend on other proctor & gamble products like aerial gillette etc
