Fantastic price for a fantastic TV.

Has Freeview HD and a NeoPDP panel with pretty stunning picture quality for this price.

Use the code 'QUIDC6' to knock 6% off, and Quidco to get an additional 3% off too. Even without the discounts this is a pretty amazing price.

Quite confused as to the cold vote, I was looking for one of these last week and the cheapest I could find (TV trade in deals excluded) was over £900!

Great TV. Great Price. Hawt!
Yeah, actually ordered one of these myself... can't ask for a lot more really, my parents have the G10 and the picture quality is really quite impressive I think (this one used the same panel fwiw, but has some nice new extras)
bloody ugly TV
Just as well most of us watch what's actually on the TV instead of watching the TV itself then huh :D

I'll admit compared to the Samsung plasmas is it very ugly, but in terms of picture quality there's really no contest.

is 46" only better for me if I have a big room to be set further back from screen? was thinking of 42" but nice price....
I think, for what it's worth, it's usually better go slightly too big than slightly too small :D

There's not a huge price difference between the 42 and 46 either when you factor in Quidco.

I'm saving my pennies for the TX-P50V20B, Also don’t forget all the Panasonic Plasma’s are using the Pioneer panels so for the money this is a Hot from me
We got the s21 excellent tv. only downer no pc input.

Why do people say samsung lcds have better picture quality?

Very hot deal and an awesome TV, but it only has Freeview HD and not Freesat. Only the G20 and V20 models have built-in Freesat.
Can't see any reference to freesat, think it's freeview HD only.
Doh! Budding beat me to it!
Will not have as good a picture as the G20 or V20 but still decent.

bought the TXP46G15b at xmas from Panasonic with viera cast for 1k with 12 months to pay and 5 year guarantee a deal which still stands out against this.

However the Pana plasma is simply one of the Best TV's ever watched, only speakers are weak for TV this size and price. seen various LCD's and LED's and still the most natural colours and light around, go stand in a shop to believe, with an HD signal the picture is awsome!!!

Any pan plasma this range Hot
Oh damn, never knew about the no freesat HD thing, sorry! Bit of a pain too as I would've liked that myself :D (Freeview HD isn't in this area until 2011!)
Hot hot hot
This TV does not have FREESAT HD !! only FREEVIEW HD
no PC input !
what were they thinking of ?

but hot otherwise

Plasmas suffer from burn in, meaning a still image will burn into the screen. Really you shouldn't be using a plasma as a pc screen.
Sorry guys, edited the title to get rid of the Freesat bit :)

Also, I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure Panasonics don't have a problem with screen burn in... in fact I accidentally left Sky plus on pause overnight once, and there wasn't even a single bit of image retention on my parents G10 (same panel as this one)
no PC input !
what were they thinking of?

That most computers and laptops have HDMI ports now, and that signal over VGA tends to look crap. ;)
