it is a very good price on the TV and an absolutely cracking set - seriously... next cheapest I can find it is around £900, including Costco, which I phoned to get a price quote on.... it is Littlewoods, which put me off slightly, but considering that even with no vouchers, etc, the price is good.... well... I may have just bought one.... :whistling:

Oh yeah, just wanted to add, I couldn't get the 10% code to work...

Good price, I paid £1k about 3 years ago for a 50" LG. Wouldnt buy plasma again though. It makes the colours on faces go strange. LCD is the better option in my opinion

still showing as 749 here...

I have to hand it you xfish that is a phenomenal price, even though it doesn't have the 5 years warranty. You might try to wangle the 5 years warranty from Panasonic; they have a promotion for instore sales for some retailers. H&R added, even though it is Littlewoods.

Cracking deal by the way. I have the 42" and paid nearly £800 (with a 5 year warranty though). This TV is outstanding. The picture in High Def is stunning. It has a built in FreeSat tuner. If you have a sky dish you can run a lead from the LNB and it will pick up FreeSat with BBCHD and some ITV HD (usually films and footy). Buy it, you will not be disappointed! If I hadn't bought mine recently I'd be snapping this up!

The deals link takes you to the 42" version at £899.
Dmaster2000 has put up a link taking you to the 50" for £749.
crazy or what?
cracking deal though.
As for the plasma vs lcd/led debate very much personal choice i think,
but dont think you would have the colour problem with the panasonic much better set than LG.

Did you read my post directly above yours? By the way, my edit was to add the info regarding the FreeSat.

YEP... Out of Stock definitely now. Knew it would fly out.

Spoke to Customer Services.

Couldn't confirm if any more stock expected. She searched the system and the only Free sat TV they had was the Panasonic 32in full HD Freesat LCD TV TX-L32G10B for £499.

Not as good a deal as the 50" but seems an ok price if you can use some vouchers with it.

doh ...good news is i got one... bad news i forgot quidco !!!
#17
My quidco tracked at £60.67 :) It's gonna be cheap tv...
#18
I just ordered one , but it says awaiting stock in my email , expected delivery is jan 2010 :(

I guess it does not look good for me? the site still lets me make another order so why are they still for sale if they dont have any?

I got mine for £642 ,and hope quidco tracks then be even cheaper:friends:

Has anyone received their TV yet or heard anything further from Very????

I have managed to order one, my delivery initially said 'expected' 07/01/10, this has since been updated to 31/12/2009.
#20
Yep. I had mine delivered yesterday - it's a beauty. I can't complain. Can't complain in the slightest.
#21
Cheers Whit.

Fingers crossed I get mine!!!

Can I ask when you ordered yours?

I placed my order around 10am on Thursday 10/12 and whilst the expected delivery has been moved from 07/01/10 to 31/12/2009 I've not actually heard anything from them.

I don't really want to ring them as I don't want to draw attention to the code (10%) that I used.
