A feature packed Hard Drive DVD recorder from Panasonic! The 160GB hard drive allows you to record and store up to 284 hours of TV onto the internal hard drive. You can the transfer your favourite programmes onto disc. The built in Digital TV receiver allows you to watch and record from up to 42 Digital channels. If that’s not enough, you can also record straight from your digital camcorder through the DV input, and view digital photos through the SD card slot. _ Yes
High definition (1080i 720p) Up-conversion with HDMI. By connecting an HDMI cable to your HD-ready TV, you can enjoy your DVDs in beautiful high quality pictures on par with that of high definition images. You can also convert other non-HD signals, such as JPEGs from your SD card, to HD level for playback with improved picture quality.

- No, no mention of DivX capability

Not a bad bit of kit overall but compare with:

http://www.humaxdigital.com/uk/products/pvr-9200t.asp

which has twin digital tuners (i.e. watch/record 2 programmes simultaneously) but no DVD drive - award winner under £200.
