The Panasonic DVD Home Theatre SC-PTX60 was £229.98 (I know this as this is what we paid) but it has now been reduced to £137.98

Not sure how long for but there was 20 or so in when we went in today.

I've just bought something that looks identical from Very but doesn't play DVDs! If only this had DAB on it like the stereo/ipod thingy I've just ordered for £150, I'd have one of these instead.

When you say no connectivity, do you mean that it doesnt have hdmi's in? Seems to have most other inputs.

Remember it's a Panasonic system so no DTS decoding from externally connected devices

i didnt really understand the questions about connectivity (everything is connected ok for us and we've linked sky to it via hdmi, and it connects with the ipod touch and plays that through the surround sound, we've also tried it with the dvd player and that works well too.

Infact the dvds are upscaled so the quality is better than using a normal dvd player (not as good as blu-ray but getting there)

We took ours back and bought it at the discounted price and are extremely happy with it. ;-) We'd been happy to pay the higher price as Costco has an excellent service record so saving an extra £90 is even better.....

I use a Panasonic SC-PT70 Home Theatre System coupled to a TX-L37G15B Panasonic TV .Everything works O.K. but recently I started listening to the TV audio through a Sennhieser wireless headset. I would now like to hear the Home Theatre audio through the headset when watching a DVD. Where do I plug in my headset?
